GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. General Provisions
These general conditions of sale (hereinafter, "General Conditions") apply to all sales of products and services (collectively, "Products" or "Product") purchased through the website http: //www.rivendendo. it (hereinafter the "Site").
The use of remote sales service described in these Terms and Conditions is reserved exclusively for adult citizens resident in Italy.
The language available for concluding the contract is Italian.
The customer must carefully read the Terms and Conditions that have been made available on the Site, in order to enable the storage and reproduction by the customer pursuant to art. 12 of Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70.
The contracts concluded with "Reselling" Alexander Continence (hereafter "Reselling") through the Site are governed by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 ( "Consumer Code") and Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70 (hereinafter, "Ecommerce Decree").
Recall that an order is a binding commitment, it involves the signing of a contract and triggers a mechanism by which, "Reselling" moves people, documents and goods, incurring costs. Therefore, if the conditions of sale or the order details do not reflect the expectations of the customer, please do not confirm the same order, since even a company e-commerce is made up of many people whose work deserves respect.

3. Customer Obligations
The purchaser agrees to send to "Reselling" through a special registration process, their data in order to be able to start the exact procedure for the execution of the sales contract. And 'expressly it is forbidden to enter false data and / or in the registration process required to activate the procedure for the execution of this contract and the subsequent communications; the personal data transmitted by the client must match the real data and not some other person or fantasy. And 'expressly it is forbidden to make multiple registrations of the same person or enter data of third persons. "Reselling" reserves the right to prosecute any violation or abuse, in and for the protection of consumers. The Customer indemnifies "Reselling" from any liability arising from incorrect financial documents because of errors in the data supplied by the customer, being the Client is solely responsible for the correct entry.
4. Information relating to Products
The information relating to products subject to distance selling via the Site are available, with the relevant product codes, on the Website.
The above information is provided in accordance with Articles 52 and 53 of the Consumer Code.
Prices of products and services are VAT and taxes included (unless otherwise stated) and are subject to change without notice. The prices listed on the site are intended exclusively for orders sent directly from the site. Prices of items "used" are inclusive of all costs incurred for their recovery or their functional and aesthetic improvement, as defined by art. 36 of Decree Law 41/95. The delivery costs, if due, will be calculated separately and clearly identified during the order process before the complete buying customer. All prices are expressed in Euro.
6. Order of Products
The essential features and prices of the Products are given in the offer for each product.
Before submitting the purchase order the Customer will have the opportunity to correct any input errors by following the appropriate modification procedure contained in the Site. In particular, the customer has the right to change the amount of products they intend to purchase, adding or deleting one or more Products from the "trolley".
By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and declares to have read all the instructions provided during the purchase procedure and accept the Terms and Conditions.
The customer will have the opportunity to see and follow the status of your order through the "Orders" area of your account.
"Reselling" reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of orders received. "Reselling" will notify the Customer about the impossibility to accept orders received within a maximum period of 30 days from the day following that on which the customer has sent the order to "Reselling" and will refund any amounts already paid from Customer for payment of the supply.
The Customer may pay for the Products and the relevant delivery costs by: Credit Card; Current Paypal account; Charging the Postepay prepaid card at post offices and points of acceptance; Mark; Bank transfer; Satispay System; Tinaba System; Cash and / or ATM cards only on hand receipt of the goods purchased and by appointment only.
"Reselling" accepts payments with the following credit cards:
The transaction will be charged to the Customer's credit card only after
a) have been verified data of the credit card,
b) has been received the debit authorization by the company issuing the credit card used by the customer.
No additional charge will be made when the order, except the one concerning the expenditure necessary to ascertain the validity of the credit card details which will be refunded immediately, however.
"Reselling" also accepts payments made by bank transfer. Any bank charges will be borne by the customer.
In the event that, for whatever reason, payment of the amounts due from the customer is not practicable, the sales process is automatically canceled and the sale automatically canceled.
Payment on delivery, available for the amount of total orders up to € 900.00, it will charge the costs of collection, at a fixed rate of € 6,00 VAT included, for a total amount of up to € 119.00; on a percentage basis for amounts exceeding € 120.00 compared to the final cost of the product you intend to purchase and in any case shown in the cart before the confirmation of the order procedure.
Important: if the goods on delivery is refused upon delivery, the amount backed by "Reselling" for shipping and storage of the goods to the customer will be asked also through credit recovery.
Payment by charging the Postepay prepaid card, available for a total amount of orders up to € 990.00, provides for the completion of the order, and then of his escape, only after receipt of the amount due during the purchase. Any costs of post offices or points of acceptance (Bar, Newsagent, Tobacco Shops, banks, etc.) are borne by the customer.
Payment in cash and / or credit cards ATM and physical, is only possible for amounts up to € 1,000.00 and only concluding the order on the site. It will require an appointment date, time and place certain and the Customer must necessarily produce a valid identity document. The shape of the Cash Payment is only possible if the hand delivery of the goods takes place in the Valle Peligna, or in Sulmona (AQ) and neighboring places.
Any other method of payment will be granted to "Reselling" to the customer at its discretion.
8. Confirmation of receipt of order
In accordance with the provisions of art. 53 of the Consumer Code, the customer receives, upon execution of the contract, by email, confirmation of receipt of the purchase order sent by the customer, containing a summary of the General Conditions, the essential characteristics of the product ordered, the its price, amount paid, the existence of the right of withdrawal - with details of the timetable and procedures for the return of the property - the geographical address to submit complaints and information about support services and commercial guarantees existing.
Should the Customer decide to modify or delete the submitted order, must promptly send an e-mail to email@example.com. Once the product is being shipped the order cannot be canceled or modified until such time as the goods it has been duly returned to "Reselling". In such a case it is referred to the discipline of returns.
9. Ineffectiveness of order
No contract shall be concluded between "Reselling" and the Client if "Reselling" has reasonable grounds to believe that the customer does not operate on the basis of an effective and genuine interest in purchasing the products ordered, or abusively exercising the right of withdrawal art.12 recognized that follows.
In such cases, the order placed by the Customer shall be of no effect whatsoever. "Reselling" will send to the customer, by e-mail, a notice stating the failure to conclude the Agreement, also taking care of the cancellation of any charges and / or expenses charged to the customer.
10. Transport and delivery
The Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase phase. The customer has in any case the right to demand delivery of the products to a person of his choice, whose residence or domicile is within the Italian territory. Upon delivery you will require the signature of an adult over age 18. No deliveries will be made to post office boxes.
For each order on the Site, "Reselling" on a request of the customer, will issue an invoice for the companies and professionals, in respect of products referred to as "new", while for private consumers print out a receipt, regardless of whether the items are "new "or" used ".
The invoice is sent by e-mail in the file format "PDF" of the order, pursuant to Presidential Decree 445/2000 and Legislative Decree no. 52/2004. For a printed invoice, authentic information provided by the Customer. No change in the bill will be possible after the issuance thereof.
The delivery costs are charged to the Customer and are clearly indicated on the site and in the order form.
All purchases will be delivered by courier chosen by "Reselling", or by the Italian Post Office services, depending on the nature and / or destination of the goods (hereinafter, "Courier") from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, holidays and national holidays. "Reselling" is not responsible for unpredictable delays.
"Reselling" will send the customer an e-mail confirmation once the products shipped, in which will be specified (if supplied by the courier or Italian Post Office) the shipment (tracking number) reference number through which you can see, after inclusion on the site of Corriere espresso or on the website of the Italian Post, the shipping status.
In any case, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, in accordance with the Code of Consumption Goods shall be delivered within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the day following that on which the customer has sent the order to "Reselling", except that "Reselling" does not communicate - within the same period, by e-mail - the inability to deliver the ordered goods due to sudden and temporary unavailability of the Products. In the event of such notification, "Reselling" will refund any amounts already paid by the customer for payment of goods purchased.
In the event that, in the face of communication "Reselling" a delay in the delivery date, the Customer decide to cancel the order, a refund of any amounts already paid by the same will be prepared as soon as possible, but no later than 10 (ten) days from the day following that on which the customer has sent the cancellation of the order to "Reselling". If the order was paid by credit card, the actual crediting of the amount to the account or the customer's card is subject to the times of the banking circuits. In case the order was paid for by charging Postepay prepaid card, the credit will be made by bank transfer to the coordinates that the Customer will provide "Reselling". If the order was paid with Paypal account, the credit will be on the Paypal account of the customer. If the order was paid by bank transfer, it will be credited on the Bank Account of the Customer.
For delivery of the goods is necessary the presence of Customer or its representative at the address indicated in the order. Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer must check that the number of boxes is the same as indicated in the transport document, and that the package is intact or altered. Any damage to the parcel and / or products or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately reported by the words "" written Control Reserve on the Carrier's proof of delivery, stating the nature of the reserve (eg. 11. Right of withdrawal
"Reselling" want to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
According to Article 64 of the Consumer Code, the Customer is entitled to terminate the contract, without giving any reason, by returning the Products purchased through the Website within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the Products .
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send an email to: Resi@rivendendo.it communicating:
a) the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 64 of the Consumer Code;
b) an indication of the Products for which the Client wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal;
c) the serial number issued at the time of purchase.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, "Reselling" will reimburse the full price of the Products provided that they are returned by the customer in normal condition and only after that if the instructions of the above made "Reselling" reserves the right to refuse the return of those Products that do not comply with these requirements.
Refunds will be made in the following way:
If the order was paid by credit card, refund and its actual refund of the amount in the account or the customer's card is subject to the times of the banking circuits.
In case the order was paid for by charging Postepay prepaid card, the refund will be by bank transfer to the coordinates that the Customer will provide "Reselling".
If the order was paid with Paypal account, you will be reimbursed on the Paypal account of the customer.
If the order was paid by bank transfer, the refund will be on the Bank Account of the Customer.
If the order has been paid for with the COD service, reimbursement shall be by bank transfer to the coordinates that the Customer will provide "Reselling".
IMPORTANT: costs incurred for the "COD" service, will NOT be reimbursed. These expenses are compared to the cost incurred by the customer for the service chosen, as well as for bank charges incurred by the customer in case of payment by bank transfer, as well as expenses of the Post Office or the Affiliated Exercises in case of payment by charging card Postepay.
The delivery costs for the return of the Products shall be borne by the customer; any expenses incurred by the Customer for the return will not be refunded.
"Reselling" undertakes to promptly refund the customer no later than 15 days from the date of the return of the Products. "Reselling" will send an e-mail confirmation of receipt of the goods. 12. Replacement Products
"Reselling" aims to provide customers the opportunity to replace Products purchased on the Site. The transport costs for the return shall be borne by the customer.

In the latter case, the value returned will be deducted an amount equal to 20% of the sale value, to cover the cost of verification, testing and eventual relisting of the returned goods.
13. Defects Compliance
In case of lack of conformity of products sold by "Reselling", the Customer must immediately contact "Reselling" via email or using the form on the site.
The sale of products are subject to the legal safeguards provided by Articles 129, 130 and 132 of the Consumer Code. The customer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement or to an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract. The customer forfeits those rights unless complaint "Reselling" the lack of conformity within a period of 15 (fifteen) days of receipt of the product. The direct action to assert defects not maliciously concealed by "Reselling" prescribing, in any case, within a period of twenty four (24) months after delivery.
If, following inspection by an Authorized Service Center, should not be a lack of conformity under the Legislative Decree n. 24/02, the customer will be charged for any costs of verification and recovery required from authorized, as well as transportation costs if incurred by "Reselling".
The technical information concerning products, included in the catalog refer to the specifications supplied by the manufacturers. Nonetheless, there may be inconsistencies between what is declared by the manufacturer and the asset itself. "Reselling" and reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after an order has been sent and also to change or update information at any time without prior notice, also reserves the right to change the information technical products to match those provided by the manufacturers without any notice. It is understood that the picture accompanying the description of a product, and / or descriptive card may not be fully representative of its characteristics, and differ in color, size, accessories present products and features. Please refer to the original code in the product name. "Reselling" can not be held responsible for any inconsistencies and / or inaccuracies.
15. Comments from customers

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law and shall be interpreted in accordance with Italian laws.
For disputes arising from the interpretation, validity and / or execution of these General Conditions the territorial imperative will be that of the Court of Sulmona (AQ).
